More people should see this! This is a pretty big problem and as a kid I'll even admit that I spend to much time on my phone.. My most used apps are KZbin and Roblox usually I spend 8-10 hours each day and I'm trying to reduce it. Thanks for spreading awareness of this and making a video on how to reduce screen time!! ❤️❤️❤️
