This is loaded Coach! What I learnt 1. Public speaking is speaking to people other than yourself 2. Every public speaking must have an audience and message 3. Whether speaking to few people or larger number of audience, the energy should be the same 4. One of the mistake is lack of research and content preparation 5. You cannot give what you don't have 6. Preparation enhance confidence 7. Too much of information can overwhelm your audience 8.Focus on the quality of the information not the quantity 9. Interact with your audience 10. Speak in your pace. You don't need to rush

Thanks, Coach. I learned that: Insufficient research and content preparation can lead to a speech that lacks coherence and continuity. Excessive information overload can dilute the central message, leaving the audience confused and without a clear takeaway. Speaking too quickly can hinder the audience's ability to follow your thought process, causing them to miss crucial points or lose interest altogether.
