Very nice video and inspiring too .... for , looking your triceps movement I tried the following one: grasping the kettlebel by the horns with thumbs down and knuckles facing each other, extending the arms it works a bit of pecs and delts but it's really hammers the triceps . Thanks for your video🙏🏼🙏🏼

great video man. I’ve had a kettlebell laying around for awhile and recently added it to my training. God damn it’s great, i really love number 8., i feel like it helps with my posture aswell
