12" Lasko Type 12-1

This is a 12" Lasko Type 12-1 (what's the model number?) from the mid 90s. It was given to my by my grandma, and was probably bought at Walmart. It has 3 speeds, and surprisingly tilts a 110 degrees or so. I'm not sure if it was normal, but I saw one of these mounted to a wall, with the fan tilted all the way back, so I went home and tried it. It needs some cleaning up, and some oiling. The fan seems to be getting rather sluggish lately, and a few of the grill clips are broken.
This is the model after the one professorkiwi has. It's a good fan. Enjoy!
