Totally agree the 4th bedroom really is a 2nd primary bedroom and would be perfect for a multigenerational family or someone that has family visit alot and wants them to be comfortable.

You did a great job on your tour of this home, describing what we are seeing in a logical progression. There are two things I notice many REALTORS say: When speaking of ceilings, they are high, not tall, and a bath with a shower is three-quarters, not full.

Both of the upstairs bathrooms I don't like the sinks along with the stairs and the sitting area that there is no railing.
