Thank you! Definitely less spooky in the daylight!😂 I'm not too sure, it's likely it could have been with the fireplace and chimney, but definitely doesn't look to have been used as one for quite some time.

Thanks for sharing it's always nice to see different parts of the world on our doorstep. I always want to put my boots on and get outside watching these. For those of us not familiar with how to plan a walk like this, would you consider a guide of how to plan one?

Thank you! If you're quite new to route planning I would highly recommend downloading AllTrails. There's lots of different routes on there and it shows the difficulty levels, as well as photos from other people and reviews/comments to give you a better idea of the route. I use OSMaps to plan a lot of my routes now, but it's taken me a long time to understand how to, and I'm still learning so AllTrails is definitely where I'd recommend you start! Hope that helps😊

Hi Lou great to see you back posting, the walk is in a really lovely looking area and I'm guessing that spooky house is only really spooky in the dead of winter at night, anyway looking forward to your other adventures in the coming year, also do you ever make it down south and walk places like The Cotswold the South Downs or the The Ridgeway.

Thank you! and that's a great point, I don't think I'd want to go wandering around there in the middle of the night😂. I don't go down south very often, I've explored the Cotswolds a little but it's about 3 hours away for me so it's not somewhere high on my list at the moment
