The fake events are so good. I can't wait until Sept 10 for the Vibes Only Pet Tournament.

Sarica, you might like the Copic multiliner 01. It comes in a warm grey, looks just like pencil and won’t erase. It’s my go-to for drawing and sketching. Love your layouts, one of my fav and relaxing things to do is draw calendars. ❤

I actually really like the one for April. Lots of writing room while still being able to see the calendar clearly.

I enjoyed every bit of this video ❤ talk about personal, detailed, custom and the hiccups, I love tit!!! I knew this could be done and also all of it look digitally done!!! Girl God anointed you to design with precision, hand control and patience.

These are all so inspiring! I immediately fell in love with the December one and used it for my November calendar. Can't wait to experiment more in future months.

Thanks Haeshah!! I totally relate. That’s why I’m doing all 12 months in the beginning of the book. Get them out of the way while I have new bujo energy 🥳😆

What a great video! I enjoyed it a lot! The small tweaks is what we are all about. Finding just the right size of everything on your spreads, so they would serve you best, can take a lot of trial and error. Seeing all of these ideas laid out was quite helpful. ❤

Using mechanical pencil for the structures has been a game changer but i still don't know how to make titles that i like lol
@SaricaStudioАй бұрын
tbh same sometimes, that's why I tried out a bunch of stamps and lettering styles :') hope we both find out what we like!

I'm in the standard TRC grid notebook and do a max height calendar, probably closest to your December one, but I go lineless. I use just a mildliner for a date bar/horizontal divider (and a bit of color!) and label the dates on what would be the left side of each column, which helps me to align my events within each day. I even took the back of my TRC pencil board (the grid lines up with the grid in their notebooks), and used some thin dark washi on top to create a spacing guide underlay, so now it only takes me a few minutes to whip up a calendar. I also have the blank space on the right page and add a thin washi (another spot of color!) along the edge of the page to create a permanent bookmark. My monthly trackers and whatnot go on the following spread, so I can use that same washi bookmark to immediately jump to either my monthly calendar or monthly trackers.

Okay so your tips are brilliant--I love the washi spacing guide hack! 😍 Thanks for sharing them!

Loved the layouts and definitely will be trying a couple. I want to move into my 2025 planner sooner and since I have hundreds of blank pages in my b6 SI common planner, I think I can move in early and draw out a couple monthlies to hold me until December when the actual planner starts. Thanks for sharing!!

Sarica, I love the December calendar style! Would you consider selling a yearly calendar with the option of a Sunday start in your shop? I love everything that you create in your shop! I love that your journals are handmade and sown. I have purchased calendars, most of them were Monday start, and stapled, with stiff paper options. 😫🙄🤷🏾🤦🏾

Thank you, thank you, thank you. Coming from someone who does this in an A5, thank you for the representation. I feel I do not belong in the bullet journal method world because I use stickers and washi. I do not feel I do not fit in the general planner world because I draw my own planner spreads. I use two sterling ink A5 520pg blank grid notebooks per year. Six months in each book. I use roughly an average of 65pgs per month. I have a lot of data to record due to a special needs/disabled 6yr old, my info to track, my chickens, journaling and general things for the whole family. So it's my only planner/journal and it goes with me everywhere. Would you be willing to do a whole series? Weekly spreads and then dailies? I love your ideas and really appreciate your video. Thank you. 🙂💗
@SaricaStudioАй бұрын
You definitely belong here! I've tried a lot (deco/no deco, adding drawings, going super minimal, using different planners) and I think it's all fine as long as it works for YOU. I do have lots of ideas for weeklies so expect a followup video on that soon! Thanks for watching :)

I'm actually thinking the april one might be great for my reading journal month overview spread, to note pages read in the calendar, and lists of what im (interested in) reading, or book of the month on the free space around it or something like that.

Thank you! Glad it was helpful! I got mine on Amazon and it’s not available anymore. However if you search for “brass watchmaker tweezers” you can find something similar! Be careful they’re quite sharp 😅
