Sir, in your video when you have applied categorical moderation in SmartPLS, we have not converted it into dummy variable. Is it because the moderating variable which we were using had only 2 categories and we use dummy variable in a situation when we have a categorical variable with more than 2 options. Please advice sir.

More than 2 categories cannot be compared in Smartpls.
