@@lol-ji2ni In abyss, nothing can get frozen anyways and if you pair her with xiangling, then xiangling will be doing forward melt, getting a 2x multiplier instead of 1.5x from reverse vape. The dps output of melt ayaka teams is absolutely insane and criminally slept on by the majority of the community

My Ayaka c0 and her per tics of burst deal 59k to 78k in melt while 38k to 42k in freeze means 78k × 20. She able to one most of the enemies that most of my well builf chracters cant. Her charge 18k to 24, means 24k×5 in her melt.

Bro the new PB weapon and Fontaine craftable are very good to boost ayaka damage, you can also use a sword with EM and Elemental/burst damage for melt.

I have maxed out fate points and I don't have any money to spend. It hurts so much man. I got xiao's weapon (which was kinda W since I have him) second i got calamity queller which I can't use on any one (I don't use any polearm beside zhongli and xiao). The notion of atk circlet being better than a crit circlet is only viable if there's no Shenhe on the account. If there's a Shenhe who acts as Ayakas support then crit will always be better.

As an Ayaka-ex-main my here are my thoughts: 1. Melt ayaka, although powerful, not rlly consistent. as mentioned multiple times in the comments, her main dmg source is her Burst. Having the Enemies stay in that, be it frozen or through CC (like kazuha/Venti) is better then having to built a pyro sub-DPS to take away a spot on the team that could be used for someone better to further support ayaka. 2. NO CONTENT CREATOR SAID MELT-AYAKA IS BAD. like i said, just not prefered cause of her gameplaystyle. 3. Her Burst is main dmg source, reverse Melt with pyro is fine, but in that case u can build ayaka as busrts support, not dps since its not HER DMG but the melt reaction of the PYRO character. >> I hope this clreared some COnfsion: Melt ayaka = Burst supp for pyro, Freeze Ayaka = Pure Cryo Dps >> and one more thing, Every boss may not be CCed when frozen, but the Stat is still there, try it and read carefully between the numbers, the stat does apper and prock >> But to stop the arguments, Ayaka is fire either way, so build her however u seem fit, and whatever is avalabe on ur account ^^

re apply shenhe e and kazu e in between the burst of ayaka before doin her e n switching to the next units and for the highest dmg use mona ttds on totm set and shenhe on nobless with most atk u can gv her pretty sure u can reach 60k burst tick with tht build with all of the above improvements

I have a similar build/ team: Ayaka, Layla, Kokomi and Kazuha. Honestly, pretty comfortable. Layla has a ton of er with Favonius. Koko has prototype amber and Kazuha has Xiphos. Rotation is very smooth.

If u want more atk but still have decent crit DMG, I suggests you take your lvl 20 Flute out of your storage... Even though It's a 4* It's still a good choice, given the flute has whole atk than percentage atk, whole atk is still better than percentage. The chord passive is also great dealing PHYS DMG.
