really? 2400 ya 240? i spoke to 5 people... two are building building in Bahria town right now... twin tower.. Between them they have build over 40 buildings. also people from lahore and karachi... plus i am building 2 buildings right now in Pakistan... not grand finishes and even my cost is not even remotely close to your 240 rupees per sqf... how is that?

Bro i dont have the idea of plazas,,, but when you make a house the cost in ISB is 230-240 rs per square ft,,, mera ghr almost complete hay,, aur mere friend nay bhi banni gala ISB main ghr banana shuru kia hay usay 230 rs per square ft ka thakkea(contract) sign kia hay apny contractor say,,, if you really interested i can give you my contractor contact number no issue ..

but in bahria town wahan k rates high hain,, q k wahan pe ap regular kam kr k jaldi ghr nhe bana sakty jese k local ISB ki colonies main ap ghr bana sakty ho,, q k wahan pe bahria k engrr check krny atay hain aur fees lete aur btatay hain is date ko kam shuru krna hay is liay kam late ho jata hy,, aur 10 marlay k ghr ko 12-14 month ag jatay hain complete krty hoay,, lekin local ISB colonies main ap 10 marla ghr max 4 month main finish kr sakty ho,,,

sir I have a question regarding pakistani society. first of all rent for 1 cror does not axceed 50 to 60 thousands rent and there are maintinenc expeses of you let to tennant you have to bear property tax and your property may get empty for some time for neq tenant. I am doing tenant business in islamabad but cant make such 10 %.
