Spices were originally used in warmer climates to help cover the taste of partially spoiled, but still edible meat. (Think about all the cultures with traditionally 'spicy' cuisine; how many of them are in or near the tropics?) Preparing and consuming 'borderline' meat in this manner over time, especially in childhood, helps strengthen the body's resistance to milder forms of food poisoning and other bacteria. So, leave that pizza, or that pot of chili out over night. It fits the old axiom; "Whatever doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger."

I don't get why everyone kinda freaks out when they find that ancient people could read. Writing isn't that hard. Even with Egyptian and Chinese, it's not that difficult to learn with a bit of practice. We'll stick with Egyptian, since that is what was mentioned. Egyptian writing is primarily made with characters that represent different syllables, as well as with some pictures of words, so it's not difficult to see that a layman could learn these handfuls of syllables and write stuff. The problem comes with standardization of writing. Standardized writing is a very different beast compared to writing phonetically. Just look at the Latin alphabet. Even after writing became standardized, all you had to do was memorize 26 letters +/- a couple other letters and some diacritics depending on the language, and you were good to go! Even Chinese, though not quite as simple as an alphabet, it was still very easy to learn. All you had to do for the most part was combine a semantic component that loosely represents what you mean and another character that sounded like the word you needed. And you can actually see this in older characters. Before standardization, it was very common to see words that had up to 7 variant spellings. In fact, when simplified Chinese was first created in the 50's, many of the chosen characters had already been in use for a long time

Bro... Who is writing your scripts? "Eh-din-bur-row." Also, a quick Google search will disprove your claim that garlic mustard has no nutritional value... "Garlic mustard is highest amongst all leafy green vegetables in Fiber; Vitamin A; B-Carotene; Vitamin E; Vitamin C; Calcium; Iron; Zinc; and Manganese. Garlic mustard also scores very high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Copper."

3:43 “ no nutritional value, so only for flavor”….this is untrue. It most likely was recognized for its homeopathic or medicinal value.

Bible transcripts prior to 1500 years ago do NOT contain the gospel of Barnabas. I'll take the prior ones. The gospels of Barnabas is considered apocryphal correctly.

...The Old Testament writings older than Christ!?! (GASPS Dramatically!) Uh... yeah that's why it's apart of the Old Testament and has been written in some form since the time of King David. This isn't shocking.

The reason the year is currently 2020 is that it's taken from Jesus' birth - and the Old Testament in the Bible was written over thousands of years. Get your facts right please.

Jesus was born about 4 years before our calendar begins. Your right tho. It is how we came up with the Gregorian calendar.

Humans have been in the America's way longer than 14k years. The reason its so hard to prove that and the mammoth discovery helps tremendously is that 14k years ago a cataclysmic event happened. (Extinction level) and desimated the north American continent.

@@mg-ew2xf That was literally the stupidest thing anyone’s ever said on the internet. LOL the only special reveal you’ll get is a special kind of hell.
@XLeonides3 жыл бұрын
@@mg-ew2xf There’s probably a million things wrong with what you just said. But let me tell you why every layman Muslim would laugh at you. Revelations come from Allah and to prophets only, not idiots such as yourself. The last prophet Mohammed SAW has already come and gone. There’ll be no more revelations till the end of days. Allah is uncreated by nature so he cannot be created. You can’t go back in time to create him at any point in time because he invented time itself. And is therefore outside the realm of time and space as we know it. And you are merely human. You are the created. Not the creator. You couldn’t even create a single fly let alone Allah himself. He is Al-Khaaliq. The creator, the maker. That’s one of his attributes. Here’s a list of 98 others: 99namesofallah.name/ This is the God I believe in. We’ll talk when you can best just one of these attributes. Even if it is just hypothetically.

For books rejected by the early church, read THE NAG HAMMADI LIBRARY IN ENGLISH, general editor Robinson. Found in a large earthenware jar buried in the desert in the 40's. Around 52 texts, many attributed to the other disciples.
