Here I’m demonstrating the 12 Power Strikes Of Balintawak. Adapted from GM Bobby Taboada we use these Power Strikes to build a strong foundation in our Eskrima system. Similar to a karate when the rear hand goes back it increases speed. Like a bullwhip or a wet towel concept you break that to have the end of the stick go much faster especially in power blows a 2 way motion. Hope that paints a picture.
