This is why Melanie is the best. She's not a sellout fake ass person like the rest of the pop crowd. She's an actual person, with actual feelings. I'm shy and anxious in public as well. And actually the performing shoeless is the most comfortable way to perform on stage. Your feet have no limits when they have no shoes on them. I was in chorus class for many years and a lot of women do this including myself.
