This myth of Abdullah ibn Saba is such utter nonsense. It is laughable. He is both Jewish and black and no one knew him yet he caused all these issues all over the domain within a short period of time where he had companions fighting each other

First Sunni do believe that Sahaba did have disagreements with each other, even someone like Omar RA and Abbu Bakar RA disagreed. But there is an ayat in Quran which says Allah will resolve the disagreements among Momins before entering the heaven. Ali RA is quoted of saying that this ayat is for him and Mauwiya RA. There was great rift in Sahaba in Ali’s time and 85K ( out of 124K died in just just 2 wars of Jamal and Safain.. another 30K died against Muslima bin Kazzab) Second this dude admits that Shia literature does recognize this man Abdullah bin Sabah. Sunni do not say that he poisoned Sahaba’s mind. They this guy went to Iraq, Syria and Egypt and started poisoning new converts brains against Uthman RA and start uprising. Third Maulana admits that this man said Ali Ullah or Ali is god. Then Ali burnt him. Sunni don’t believe that Ali ever said Ali Ullah. Though some Shia Zakir try to say same thing in hidden words especially Agh Khani and some sects in Syria but genuine Shia Ulma are strictly against this concept. Fourth, Sunni do recognize Uthman nepotism. Even Omar famously said he listens to his kin a lot. But he was a true devotee of Allah and his Prophet PBUH. Sahaba were not Devine. They all made some mistakes. Saba did start the uprising which resulted in an unjust murder of Uthman. That’s where Muslim divided. At that time Hasan RA did tell Ali not to accept Khalafat as people will say he has hand in Uthman murder for his own benefit. People of Shura insisted and Ali accepted the Khalafat. But Hasan was right. Ali wrongly got blamed. Kharjites were in Ali’s army. They killed Uthman first. Then they made Ali’s life difficult to an extent where Ali used to say where is that man who will color his beard with blood 🩸 ( referring to a Hadith with different wording predicting Ali’s manner of death) . Finally Ali killed all of them except 70. Those roughly 124 thousand Sahaba were chosen people, lover of Allah and his Prophet. Perform the duty of founding Khalafat for 30 years ( there is a Hadith that Khalafat will be for 30 years). They left the world in these wars and then Khalafat never returned. Ali killed those Kharjites making it easy for Mauwiya RA to rule with peace for 25 years but Mauwiya was not the Khalifa

Abdullah bin Saba is mentioned in Shia book Kafi and Ali RA punished him and his followers death by burning them. So please read it. It’s not a myth.
