Yup, The first thing I did în 2k22 îs changing his spear finisher. After he hits it he stares left and right for like 10 seconds. I also like to give him a running spear instead of a corner one

The AI has improved greatly and the game is far more interesting and fun and immersive than ever! I wish they had kept the extra attributes that many of the characters had…. You can get some really nice boosts in Universe mode just for winning feuds and matches..

I've not seen a single person mention the problem I have with this game. It's a great game overall, but in quick play, when I've won a title match, it sometimes does the wrong title celebration when you include a manager. I defended the wwe title as roman, and Paul Heyman and the Usos were out with me. When I won the match, we were celebrating round Jey like he was the champion. When I defended the intercontinental title with GUNTHER, I had imperium at ringside. When the match was over, Ludwig Kaiser and GUNTHER were both in the ring, celebrating with two IC titles like they'd defended the tag titles. Anyone else having this problem?

From what i've seen on the WWEgames subreddit, there's a ton of bad glitches already. I don't even have commentary and i'm missing entrances that were already shown off. The advanced entrance creation is buggy and doesn't work well at all and is very limited including no regular entrances for title entrances and not being able to preview the very limited pyro. People are still getting infinite loading screens and crashes in the creation suite. Wargames is very underwhelming unless you're messing around with friends. Universe still has serious problems. Weapons still fly out of your hands when you get grazed by your opponent. After all the praise it got from youtubers, it feels like 2K sold us the beta rather than the final product.

There's no trio entrances in Universe, rivalries still don't work properly, match cards automatically changing after customizing, tag matches turning into singles matches, there's a ton more but i don't play universe. r/WweGames has a post about every glitch right now.

Honestly people forget how bad and scary we had it when 2k20 dropped. It's amazing how far we've gotten from that one. I'm having a lot of fun with this and loving it,I do wanna commend them on the lighting because creation suite looks so damn realistic. I wish they could have the rest of the game's lighting looking like that and alot of small quality of life changes like new faces, tattoos and etc we got is a nice touch as well

Advanced Entrances are back but they removed Easy Entrances - so if you want to edit an entrance or create an entrance you can no longer set a standard motion as a title motion.

Easy Entrances have been removed i.e. there’s no simplified menu for creating an entrance with the biggest problem being there is no longer a way to set a base entrance motion as a title entrance motion for a custom superstar - it’s completely bugged. Go edit Ultimate Warrior’s entrance you’ll notice his default title entrance says Ultimate Warrior - click that and you’ll notice you cannot select his base entrance motion as his title motion - create an entrance is bugged. This is a major problem for CAW title entrances as we have lost the ability to set a base motion as the title entrance something we could in ‘Easy Entrance’ mode in 2k22.

Some improvements I think they need to make: 1) more weapons available, and weapon grapples. 2) Each area could have it's own unique elements (ECW - fans give you weapons / Vengence - fighting in the bar room brawl / other interactions with the decor). 3) More interactive backstage, or more backstage areas. 4) More of the older music available (HHH - "My Time", old Sami theme, DX Theme). 5) I still think Universe is a bit clunky to update, especially if you want to create a new one from scratch. Should be able to have option for a blank universe (no shows, no rivalries). 6) More managers, and better manager interaction (like Legends of Wrestlemania).

They need to take the backstage playbook from smackdown 2 for the ps1 and apply it to 2k23 The commentary is mediocre the announcers are boring, the title physics are boggy and stiff, the move animations are too fast, the random tag team entrances and celebrations are still all over the fucking place. Change the graphics, and not always for the better...re-add features that it ALREADY had previously and suddenly y'all think it's revolutionary... recycle the exact same animations from before, despite the real life wrestler not doing that anymore... "DAY 1 and I GOT A REFUND BACK FOR WWE2K23! Never been happier! I was burned by 2k for spending 140$ on WWE2K22. I need them to react to being put through a table on fire. We need blood to drip again and get all over the opponents fists again. We need the details 2010 had with the chest getting red the more you hit it or the back. I quit, Buried Alive. We need to be able to lean ladders against ladders to run up again (Shout out to Shelton Benjamin) I miss being able to put a trashcan on an opponent and whack them with a kendo stick. Do the wresters have pose in such a stupid fighting stance pose when they're about to grapple? The skeleton rigs are built for normal sized wrestlers and look stupid with giants, especially Andre The Giant, Khali and such who are as immobile as can be and thus wouldn't move like this.

To everyone saying " you should be thankful the game is working" no we shouldn't be. Because that's not something we should be thankful for. We should expect it. Especially if you're paying 70 dollars for a game. I remember when games were $40 or $50 and were expected to work. Now it's $70 and what you all are saying is that we are paying more money for games yet its considered a luxury they do work? Come on now. Game is good but the save data glitch is still in the game and has been for years. I commend 2k for how much they've improved but we have to keep the pressure on or they will go back to their old ways. Especially with take two interactive in charge. That company has already told us what their priorities are and it's not making sure a game they publish is a complete and finished product.
