I have done a Halloween tree. It was a Christmas tree that we spray painted black and put orange and purple lights and filled the tree with bones, skulls and had a raven as our tree topper. I loved that tree, it was the most fun I’ve had decorating for any holiday!

I like the vintage Halloween. And love the shadow box . I am going to do something similar from a box my father made when he was alive. Girl you have the best luck at thrift stores all I see is expensive mostly junk but a few great pieces. I hope Florida will have better ones when we move there. ( My fur babies and I). I think I would have painted the edge of the cat in the orange because the cat had orange around his edges and then aged it with the wax. Just my opinion. I also would have painted the back side to match the front/edged colors. I probably would also have placed the ribbon around the edge to match with how you did the edges on BOO. It is extremely cute, I do love all the extras you've layered in.
