We haven't sold our house yet. I'm having a hard time packing and purging and still working. I think we may wait until after we move to list it.

ChicnScratch it’s hard doing all that. Probably your best bet is to wait to list, least you don’t have to go through showings while in the house,. They’re a pain. Good luck and hopefully you’ll be all settled soon in your nice new home. I don’t know about down there but up here houses are selling like hot cakes & some for more than asking! Interests rates are low so guess that it. Hope that happens for you🤞🇨🇦

Love your channel and your projects. You are so talented. I understood you to mention your moving to a new studio? Do you usually prep ahead and not film all of that before starting the project?

Yes, this time next month I'll be in my new studio (and a new house). I usually create my project right before I go live. I try to cut the paper first and gather supplies but sometimes I run out of time and include it in the live video :)
