Powerful front runner very hard to do unless you train your muscles to handle the pain very hard race to run the 400 like a 200 sprint i was a 200 sprinter tried to run the 400 without training for it way out in front for the ist 300 the last hundred killed me this girl with the right coach could be a world class sprinter!
