Okay, so the WTF E-100 comes with 4 skills, but all are locked and the generic starting skills. At first I thought thats nice, but after I found out you can not adjuct those it's quite meh. the best part is they made those bad prizes for free to play players like me, but hilariously by doing that they insure that those who buy loot boxes are just as likely as getting those bad rewards meant for f2p players. even more funny is i ended up getting a k2 for free, while kajzoo and other ccs got a whole bunch of crummy rewards. oooof

I trained a crew for the rental Waffentrager E 100 last year and did not retrain them after the event. I've been using some of them in the E25. So they are still trained for the WT E100. But now I CAN'T retrain them. I was going to train them for Ferdi. But I get an error: "Error:Unable to retrain your crew member: the tank has a unique permanent crew." To reiterate, this is not the new special crew; it's the crew I trained for the rental a year ago. Bonus FU: I can't put the crew back into the E25 either.

Make sure to play all those waffentrager games you got in rental before the end of the event because they will remove it at the end of the event. Happenned to me last time, I was keeping them to play the tank when I want, like the other rental tanks I got that I still have after maybe a year, but they remove3 the rental games at end of the event...

WG is a scam, I cancelled my prem not too long ago. I was one of the original players of the game (Community contributors, and no I will not disclose my older player name ;) ) when it first came out aka beta (When Jingles, Zircumflex etc started), T59, IS7 owners, when a prem account meant something and you did not have to purchase an account every 3 months etc.. The Tech tree was realistic. Awards were worth it. Now, after being screwed out of rewards, tokens, paying for boxes that are horse crap etc...I play the free way and put my money into War Thunder which is NOT owned and run by immature scam artists.

Honestly, I love the engineer gates. I'm a tank "collector", the only thing I like wasting money on vehicles. And the WT event has 12-16 vehicles in the starters every year. Out of those, I usually miss 5-6 tanks. I only spend money three times a year, out of which 150 euros on Xmas boxes, 90 euros on WT event, and up to 50 euros on a tank I really like. 50% of the gold I get in the xmas boxes, I save up for the WT event. So then I buy 100 starters and reroll them until I get all the vehicles I don't have. This year I was missing 6 vehicles, got them all in 167 rolls (67 rerolls). 240 euros for 10 tanks (4 from the holiday ops, 6 from WT event), for me that's a good price. And I'm left with 6k gold and 71 days of premium. All of the other goodies, no matter how good (3D styles from the events) or bad (100k creds, demounting kits, booklets) are just extra icing on the cake. I create myself a WoT piggy bank, and every month I set aside 20 euros from my paycheck. That covers the cost of the WT and Xmas gamba crates. On top of that, I allow myself one 50-euro-one-time-purchase per year. Due to the boxes in both events, I never find myself running out of boosters (not even credit boosters) - and I run them constantly. I have premium days to pull me through the whole year (from 1st of Dec to 1st of Dec, when the holiday ops boxes are released). I think ~25 euros per month for ~11 tanks and a year of premium is a good price. And all the other stuff is just icing on the cake for me. Did they fix the Waffle so that its a reward tank, so you don't have to retrain crew members for it? I did not use any of my 20 battles in it last year because it required retraining crew. EDIT: I saw at the end of the video I saw it comes with a crew.

Compared to the xmas boxes 2 years ago, this event is lol. Compared to the last xmas boxes, is a smaller lol, but still lol. I got 2x15+5. With rerolls i got to 50 openings and got the LIS, which out of the normal tanks was what i wanted. Got like 2kk silver and something like 9 days of premium 1 3d style, 3 2dstyle, lotsa demourning kits and xp and free xp reserves. All in all not quite worth it.... PS. I do not if this is normal or not but EVERY reroll counts towards the 50 boxes openings - @Dezgamez

Rerolling actually costs more than buying extra boxes, plus for every box you buy at least gets you 1-2 items per box + 100 GOLD, whereas rerolling gets you only 1 or 2 items for multiple rerolls of the same box and you don't get additional gold for the reroll. DO NOT REROLL! It's incredibly inefficient!

I only use wot plus first month of new battepass season so i can have bounty on all tanks. Once i get 400 bp points on ts 54 i cancel. Its enough time to accumulate demounting kits and 2k gold. So i only pay it for about 3-5 months per year. Its a good compromise and well worth it if u dont have a lot of premium tanks or want to train us crew for which u dont have a premium. The special crew training i only use to get 75% crew up to 100%, so i buy new tanks while im on wot+
