Haha I am from Singapore and we eat sting ray sometimes. Sting rays are not the most delicious fish. Salmons and cods there are better tasting fish. But texture wise it is really interesting and soft. For stingrays the sauce and marination affecrs the taste most. Sting ray dishes are pretty good doh. That rice cooked with stingray in briyani style must be really good which absorbed the sting ray and spices flavour.
