What they show /tell in video is far different than reality, we went to see the plots in omicron with their broker and the showman told the pricing starts from 62 lacs while its mentioned in a video that the pricing starts from 58 lac onwards. There is a massive price difference ;what they quote on youtube and what they show you actually, so just beware before you jump in after seeing their videos

Bhai sahab..ye admi toh bas KZbin pr dikha rha h sector, or wahan ka average rate bata rha h..jo ki 30-35 lac se start hota ha plots, 40-45 se independent houses, lekin Dealers/dalaal seedha 12-15 Lac badha k rate batate hn..isiliye aam admi ko chuna lgta ha lakhon ka, seedha rate 10-15 lac kam bolo..tb akl thikane ayegi inke..
