That girl passed those tests…. Can’t believe she registered a BAC so high! I went through the same process and registered above the legal limit by a percentage point although….I HAD NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS in days and never had drugs. I had to pay an attorney to prove the machine was malfunctioning and had not been calibrated for ages. I got off after paying a lawyer ten grand but I enjoyed the fact that the judge ordered the DA to review and dismiss every charge back to the last time the machine was calibrated. They had to dismiss so many cases and refund over a hundred people court costs and fines. I was so happy because they abused the law.

I say this all the time but I'll say it again...just before people are about to be released whether on bond or after a sentence they should be required to watch their tape that led to their arrest and how bad their attitude is and how badly they fail to listen to instructions. They need to see how they think they are thinking clearly when they are a complete mess and just before their release is the most sober moment they probably have had in hours, days, months, or years depending on their stay. But I feel like it would have a real impact on some people to see how far out there they really were when they thought they were ok. In their mind they will remember it differently if they remember at all.

The deputy hops in the truck, puts his seat belt on and begins driving immediately. He didn't touch any AC knobs or start the engine aka they were already running. They were also interviewing people to find out the full story and waiting on the emts to arrive. Yes she was just trying to get water..
