Konjam costly , there are many builders giving a cost of Rs.2000/sq ft & quality is very good in Chennai. They're using ultratech cement and high quality in all materials.

Approval should be for G+1. Ask the builder to get approval for first floor as well. Without that dont buy.

First floor approval illa na.. Anthaa approval vangaa extra amount hagum... So due reduce that amount in building value
