Brother First thing is u need to study , what type of Businessman or private investor will invest in your project/ business. Suppose you want to start Hospital , There are very high Chances that the person from Hospital industry or medical industry will invest in your projects , coz that person knows about the industry , he might trust your idea and invest … I ll tell Real Example of my real Estate Project . In 2019 i did Joint Development Agreement with Property land owner . Which i paid 6% of property value as an stamp Duty and other taxes . It was 2.34 cr . After JDA was approved from the Government. Second step was to get approval For construction of commercial building on that land . Now comes the Important part of my project. I was having very less funds for construction of the project . Almost 70 - 95 lakh . What i did , i went to Real Estate Agents and a asked them i need Investors from U . They were Bit Confused. I told them if a Client comes to for investing in his money in commercial office or shop . U will make him invest in my Property . They agreed with 10 % commission on their clients Investment . With this technique i raised around 17 - 20 cr for my construction . 5 individual persom invested in my project . Which was 3 cr , 5 cr , 4 cr , 2 cr and 3 cr , the person who invested 3 cr I have him commercial shop worth of almost 5.80 cr . Same for the other investors based on their investment amount. Hope u got what im trying to convey you . Everything is possible brother if you give your 100 % .
