It was a push. That one judge hate the Twins. Wasnt even looking at their Performance. And then at the end he voted against them. People watch that whole thing remember that. No disrespect to the girls their Performance was 🔥. But the Twins dont loose in 99% of the case. Why? Because they are the best Dancers in the World and they obviously won this battle. The Twins are unmatched. You almost can't win against them. Like i said: the Performance of the girls was Dope af and i fell in love with them, but it doesnt change the fact that they loose if all the judges had been honest here and put up a rightfull vote.

They did improve but still not to the level of Les Twins. If you notice, their moves were all choreographed and not really syncing with the interest of the music played at the moment. I gues for me, musicality is a big thing and not just moves that really don't match the musical composition. For me, Les Twins were robbed, but Rushball did improve greatly. I give them that but still not on that musicality level yet.

i think this battle shows how different it is to dance at a high level while being tall vs short/average height. height is a disadvantage for quick moves but les twins makes up for it with expressive moves. i've never seen either twin move like kyoka is moving here, i dont think they physically can just due to body proportions.

It wasn't a tie, RUSH BALL were the clear winners.. Unbelievable. Flawless.. It wouldn't surprise me if that was their greatest ever performance. Few dancers bar Salah, Kmel, Kida, Bluprint and a few others can hit the beat and add their own musicality on top in such a manner. Les twins are good, but that wasn't their best performance.. Especially Laurent, his second round was a mess.

I was one of the pioneers, I watched as it went global and guys like you co-opted a dance we invented. So in truth my bias is probably towards young brothers like les twins. I know Les Twins are good especially Larry. In fact if two Larrys had been dancing, they would have taken it. He was on point, Laurent wasn't. Two, one thing judges have to factor in is whether the dancers in question are doing anything new and two whether the sets flow. I dont know if you are aware of a guy called menno? He currently dominates the Bboy one on one scene. In my community he is viewed as garbage, he may do some impressive moves, but he sets are clunky and dont flow. Also his toprock is horrendous, much like a European brother storm who could do amazing moves but couldnt dance for shit initially. The latter spent sometime in America and improved his musicality and became a legend. Menno just accrued fanboys and won on notoriety alone. Les twins shouldnt just win because they are les twins, they should win because they are doing something new and because they delivered strong sets. Even Larry's set on the missy timbaland gossip beat, had me scratching my head? Nice moves but they werent in line with the music. I have watched young kids in harlem instantly hit the theme and style for the gossip folks beat better than larry did. Hell watch the missy gossip video and see how the dance for that beat is meant to look. The girls in rushball read the beat he didnt. He went for something different and in my view it didnt work. Also neither larry or laur did anything new, maybe its the youtube effect, but I have seen them do those exact move millions of times before and better. Whereas rushball had a new take on shit I had seen before. Plus, they read the music and were on beat every time. Also rushball's ish was clean, I havent seen some folks hit waves like that since the 90s. les twins may have moved the genre on, but the rushball girls maintained the foundations and put a new spin on it.. respect.. At the end of the day youtube likes are irrelevant to me. I watched as new groups came into the scene and valued different things from bboyin or popping. Less emphasis dancing and more emphasis on blow up moves. Black and hispanic folks noted this shift and kept it moving. Some like Kmel, Remind, Bboy Machine tried to keep the original foundations alive.. Unique moves that they come up with and folks have never seen before.. Even if they are co-opted, people remember where they saw it first. Popping, animations, ticking or robotics started with that lone innovator who pioneered it. Watch Salah and tell me his style isnt unique.. He does waves but he adds his own flavour on top and continually kept evolving during his career. You are young kid, I am old. I was bustin six steps in the 80s on cardboard. I watched greats come and go. The best always kept it original, you looked forward to each tournament as you wondered what new stuff was a particular dancer going to come up with.. They always delivered something fresh and that is why they became legends.. Les twins are amazing, no one is saying they arent. But they are falling into the trap of living off their past glories.. They played to the crowd and did the same moves we have seen before. They didnt even execute them at their best level, watch Larry in Freestyle Session when they first hit the US, his initial sets were like godmode. Crazy to watch.. He dismantled the opposition.. But here rushball were on point, I even said that this was probably their best ever battle. The music worked for them and they hit EVERY beat. Laurent was off beat many times young gun.. Was fun arguing with you. Made me realise how old I am lol

And if you take into consideration Greetech not watching Les Twins at all during the competition, at the end he was looking at the other judges votes to see who was in the lead and chose Rush Ball on purpose (They were good, but still Les Twins had more clear, expressful and on beat moves). I think les twins underestimated rushball and didn't really take this battle seriously (maybe because they had beaten them before). Rushball have more dancing together and was coordinated. Les twins just made the usual movements. I think they will remember to always respect and take their opponent seriously. This is the basis.

You must be smoking crack because these chicks can't dance and out of their league. All I see is someone jumping without grace or style, without following procedure. Although girls' timing and offbeat style is nothing special, the Les Twins show what most dancers cannot do but this try emulate. These guys are artists who able to interact with the music beat and come up with unique style and moves that reflect the music interbeat. Twins have a natural ability like Michael Jackson's. For example look how they complete each other and sync up (5:08)and display dazzling synchronize with something you never seen before and now check out these girls do their sync moves (3:44)(5:44). What is this?...these moves we created 20 + years ago.

@@Guttsofmidland and that is exactly what this competition is not about, it should be a freestyle battle a team of 2 but 1vs1 each round. Choreography should only be the icing or cherry on top as it shows when over used that they can only dance comfortably if they've rehearsed. Freestyle i.e. dancing on the spot without knowing the song that comes up next and still make it look like it was choreography, because you feel it is true dancing skill.

@@SerinaJane sorry but 2vs2 aren't 1 vs 1 ; 1vs 1 ; they are as it suggests 2 vs 2. Everyone is free to use their own strategy to get the round. Plus they didn't do just choreographies in their round. They literally put cherry on every round. PS: les twins became sensational because they were the first one to actually show us that 2 vs 2 is literally 2 people by their synchronicity and telepathy. It s only fair they lose because they didn't include it much.
