I love this house. It is American Contemporary. The floral furniture and white, beige, bright colors are fantastic. It feels like you are sitting in a garden inside. And the shrubs and outdoor greenery are beautiful. All very feminine.

Personally, I like this traditional style; it's cozy. Someone, got it right with this one! Grandma and Grandpa classic beauty is a wonderful nostalgic aesthetic. I'm not fond of L.A. driving, nor the swarms of people, but this place is lovely.

I wonder who owned this, I remember when it went on the market a few years ago, and I saw it then, this has to be someone in the industry or at least someone that hobbies seriously in the industry for the kind of rare guitars I see on the wall... Choice property though if you're going to live in Beverly hills, anything north of Sunset, it does need a modest update though
