Great to be back fishing.... It wasn't that bad a day... you had plenty of activity, and could have blanked!! Understand the frustration with knots to those 2mm cast rings. Still can't work out what the problem is, cos they're still bigger loops than hook eyes....very strange! Glad Craig got something on his home tied flies....

Russell Thompson he was disbelieving they’d catch anything, but they did! The Thai Fly failed, but it wasn’t alone! Not much did work yesterday, except my rubber hooks which had an excellent day!😱😂

Re cast rings.... I've found I don't have any problems at all with 3mm Riverge rings! Could be the 2mm ones I have are substandard...they certainly aren't a recognised "make". Very interesting that a few people are having the same difficulties!

Allan Youll think he had about 15 of his 19 on Cheese (think he was a mouse in a previous life!), and 4 on his buzzers. He caught the tree on a blob too!😂
