Oh wow, I was surprised near the end when they said they had a lot of appetizers and then they pulled out that final pizza haha :D You know when I was a kid, I fell in love with Japanese food. First time I ate tekkamaki was the night before a huge earthquake. I still remember it clearly! I don't like wasabi because it's bitter. Anyway, while growing up, I would always ask my mom to buy me some tekkamaki and tempura from this place called "Tokyo Tokyo" after I got out of school. Japanese food was like my reward after a long week of school! On weekends every Sunday, we'd all go to this restaurant called Kamameshi House. The reason why going there on Sunday was good was because of the ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET :D Every Sunday, I ate all the tekkamaki and tempura I wanted, plus angus beef! Now I live in the US and sometimes I go to the Asian market here to buy tekkamaki. Japanese food is expensive here ($14 for one tuna roll or a sashimi set of 6!!!) so I don't always get to eat it :( One of my fantasies is to someday buy a whole fresh tuna, as in the giant tuna that I see in Japanese shows that restaurant owners bid for/buy, and eat it all by myself :D
