This was really good. I liked all the variations in the food.. With Hashimotos I know I need to make changes with my diet but it's hard to mentally flip the switch. I know all the theory of nutrition including eating enough cals to lose weight but it's super hard especially when l just have no appetite. I'm going to have a go and try and to incorporate this into my diet and hopefully establish it more as a lifestyle. Many thanks, I enjoyed this video of you both, excellent.

Low carb diets are really tough for the first 3 days or so, then it gets much easier. I typically feel much better eating this way, and is much easier to lose weight, even with eating more volumes of healthy other foods (high protein, veg etc). Great video though, really nice to see behind the scenes.
