Why not take in consideration, providing, such courses, for low income third world ccontries for free..as radiopaedia does, we really need such things, but we couldn't pay, or even doesn't have the way or facility to pay for such courses... Plz, consider this, especially important things for primary care, such as emergencies and pediatrics
