125cc Hero XOOM 125R is here || Walkaround & First Look Review || TVS Ntorq Rival?

Due to popular public demand, here is the 2024 Hero Xoom 125 walkaround & first look review from the ongoing Bharat Mobility Show. Some days back I got you the Hero Xoom 160cc video and now this one. Do remember, Hero now has 3 Xoom offerings - 110cc, 125cc and 160cc.
The 125 Xoom has a bigger engine, more power, higher torque and an overall bigger body as compared to Xoom 110. Hero says they will launch this bike soon and price should be low enough to rival the TVS Ntorq.

Its really sad Hero even after launching so many new products they are not getting the expected sales.. Hero's new launches are promising.But sadly the sales chart says something different..Xoom even though a goodlooking and promising scooter failed to garner sales. So as Xtreme 160r 4v..Karizma XMR has now a decent start it seems as it sold around 1700units last month..No idea why Hero is not aggressively promiting Karizma in TV ads..I was waiting for an Ad of karizma featuring hrithik roshan..but didnt see anything even after 5 months of launch..Its time for Hero to aggressively promote Karizma..I cant see it failing..

Hero's niche market is around rural and tier 2 ,3 cities..so their sales figures of splendor, hf delux,destiny, passion,pleasure models are very much impressive..hero needs to build the brand for urban and metro cities..

To be honest, Hero have been a hit and miss when it comes to scooters. While they do have the Pleasure that is doing well, the problems endured by customers on products such as the Maestro Edge and Duet did shatter confidence towards the brands scooter portfolio. The Maestro one was a really sad story given the impact that the older model had in the market. Apart from that, the Destini 125, despite being a capable product is just not getting the desired sales numbers, despite the earnest efforts put in by Hero.

First of all they need to increase their headlight watt. Beat pulsar N160 in brightness. Bigger speedometer is 2nd very important thing needed.

@@mohammedziyan2000 they did some blunders in product naming.Other than Xpulse all their launches in the last 6 or 7 years are confusing and messed up right from Killing OG karizma.Initially Maestro was a success..It lost its charm one it became Maestro edge..The new styling was not that preferable especially for the Women..The maestro classic meanwhile was unisex in all ways..But Maestro edge looked too beefy..Then came the duet blunder..Later it became Destini.By the time it became Destini it was already dud..Also the Xtreme brand name that hero is overusing..There is nothing Xtreme in Xtreme...Still they name it in every new bikes as if there is no other name available..The CBZ Xtreme had some charm back in the days but once the CBZ factor is gone its all over and followed a rally of flops..And in 2020 they launched an all new Bike and called it Xtreme 160r!!..Such a pathetic decision.I think the 160r model deserves much more sales and its struggling only because of the 'Xtreme' factor..Now they launched a new 125cc sporty bike..Guess what..Still they called it Xtreme 125..Seriously what are they smoking..??The Hero guys seriously seem like they are in an 'Xtreme' hangover and is not ready to get out of that..

Firstly I decided to buy Hero Xoom 110/125 for my daily office ride of 90 kms to and fro but because of various reasons and doubts I bought Suzuki Avenis in July and I am very happy now both with the performance and mileage.

The Xoom 125 looks a fairly good offering to be honest, but it would be interesting to see whether it can give Hero some much needed momentum in the scooter segments. The brand had a difficult few years in that space during the end of the last decade and it has continued on during the start of this one as well. Hopefully this could be a game changer not only for Hero but for also the 125cc scooter segment in general, especially if priced and packed well.

Wait bro m also waiting for this one, and I'm 6' ft. And my friend has the Ntorq, it's a very good scooter but also m not gonna buy the Ntorq . cuz xoom 125 has 14 inch wheels which has more grip dn 12 inch wheels , as a beginner it will be helpful for me and also for others, and everyone has Ntorq so y not the new one?!!!

Looks nice but 10.1 NM for a 120 kg scooter? It's going to be way slower than Suzuki avenis which has the same torque at 106 kgs.

@@ThePokeBoi7901 14 kg makes a big difference. Avenis is faster in 0- 60 kmph than the Ntorq but this is several kgs heavier than even Ntorq. So it's obvious.

@@rupokbaidya9620 brother don't go for it... Vibration issue will make u regret your purchase... Average is nice you'll get at least 50Kmpl... Design is good... Everything is good...but it's the vibration and it's parts noise which spoils every good thing about it.... If you are okay with some vibration noise and want a good looking scooter with a nice average..then only go for it .. otherwise don't.... Do get a test drive first and if you notice any issue with scooter before paying them money please ask about everythingggg... Clear everything... Afterall it's our 1Lac rupees which we are paying! ...

Won't be able to fight the ntorq, because as you can c, the torque is only 10.14 as compared to 10.5 of ntorq, plus ntorq has a lighter weight kerb.. so just do the math... All new generations are all about faster pickups, higher power, higher speed with reasonable price and controllabe mileage or features... Hero, at these sections of innovative ideas,seems to be the greatest factor that it's not successful as we had all seen in the 90's and early 2ks.. SORRY TRUTH HURTS....
