Probably cause the next map is not on the list and by choosing the current map, they don't have to wait for the server to change to the map they aren't going to play.

GG..Finally Cypher found the gamestyle to counter evil..I think that is all..Do not get me wrong i like Evil playstyle too..But Cypher is fun to watch;)

I think he always had the plus back/play safe game in his pocket for safe keeping style to beat someone like that, just didtnt want to 'try hard' until lan coming up. which made it funny how he woulds till rage and complain, even though he knew he was deliberately playing into evils playstyle for so long,.

Evils timing lets him down. It seems this is what is stopping him being the complete player imo.

His repeated visits to mega on Toxicity were painful, but I actually cringed at 37 seconds left in Lost World and he was dancing on mega with 18 seconds left till it respawned.

cypher finally went serious mode vs evil after so many losses, and it worked just like most veterans thought it would, if he had the patience to play cypher like that from the beginning . He always wants you to give him frags from fear, had to be willing to just wait all game for opportunities,. since evil retired i hope cypher just goes super sayian in diabotical

I did not because cypher plays so wanting you to give him frags etc. where evil just takes it. always harder to win as the + forward guy than the Plus back guy, but evil made it work more often than not. I actually considered evil the underdog anytime he played cypher because he was the one willing to take risks, whereas cypher wanted fights to be a forgone conclusion before the fight even started. even when he was like 15_ finals ahead of cypher in 125fps cups, I still considered him the underdog, because his style is just asking people to take free damage from you and kill you for free.
