​@Pyar Squared Actually there are plenty of Canadians not only in Manhattan but all across the U.S. Do you know that Toronto relatively is not a wealthy city (google it) compared to similar size cities? Miami, Atlanta, Philadelphia have higher GDPs than TO but with much cheaper housing. I wont even mention Houston, Chicago, those cities blows us away in wealth. My point is prices here are way overpriced for what people make.
