Just like Arthur Wu. I've been looking for Galley - TLC for YEARS. I mean like since 94. We use to have a radio station called HOT 97.7 back in the day in the Bay Area, CA. that would play the song all the time. If you guys happen to find it. Please let me know. I would die happy. I"ve been looking for TLC by Galley for years, too! I'm also from San Jose and heard it on Hot 97.7. I'm guessing Galley was a local Bay Area artist. I can't believe no one has found it yet (and put it in on KZbin). I have it on cassette somewhere, but can't upload it digitally.
