12nm VS 27nm - Asetek DD comparision

I have the TK edition wheel base which is a combination of the La Prima and the Forte. It has the 12 NM from the La Prima but has the 5 USB C board in the back like the Forte. I love it. It's the First DD wheel base i have owned and I don't think i will out grow it anytime soon. Keep up the good work Matt

I also have the TK edition and it was the best deal I’ve ever seen! Too bad they discontinued this at microcenter!!!

@ yeah I know. I saw it and pulled the trigger as I got the base the TK wheel (forte formula wheel with different skin and button colors) and pedals which are the same as the la prima pedals all for less than $900.

and this is why the high torque wheel base is the play if you can hold out for it.

Great little comparison. I think 12nm is enough for most for sure. I still went invicta but yeah the la prima is no slouch. Very strong 12nm wheelbase in the way it telld you infromation. Love the way asetek utilizes its torque def feels different then other wheelbases.

Other than strength do you notice any massive difference in the quality of the FFB and reactiveness or is this more of a case of finer details all across the board?

So the forte 18nm is a good middle ground then?

Yes you will be able to tell a difference but will that difference change your finishing position, probably not but the minor details will feel much cleaner.
