It's because Terra passed the Keyblade to Riku, but Riku lost his right to wield the Keyblade and the Keyblade chose Sora instead. Sora's Keyblade is Terra's Keyblade, that's why LW is angry, Terra thought he passed the Keyblade to Riku but another one is using it.

It is possible and easy when you did it once or twice. It just takes long to finish. Sora/Roxas and party members have one voice pack for each world and one pack consists of 29 to 32 voice lines. You have to convert each voice line one by one. I know that because I am the creator of this mod + I did some other voice mods for KH2FM.
