Hello Jammun, one piece of advice.. Never touch the terminals of the probes while checking the voltages as it may show some additional voltage due to our body (in millivolts though) in voltmeter while measuring voltage leading to inaccurate reading.. Handle the probes with the plastic handle..🙂 Wish you the best for your channel 😊

NO. you can try though by attaching some gears to it. For a wheelchair we would need more torque and low speed which you can achieve by using some gears. But this motor is not that good quality and reliable.
