I don't think its working became without pure sine wave or square wave how a fan rotateing? Without no flickering? I am sure it is not sine Wave. I don't sure it is square wave? Even thoug if it work they may occur flickering.how can make pure 50hz sine wave or square wave without any pwm or ic

@@anwin85aloni am not boss bro.but 1.5 v to 12 v is possible bro but you didn't get enough current i think so, that is the problem of every boost converter you can glow leds with near 12 v other resistive load didn't work properly voltage drops when load connect. But 12 v to 24 or 30v work much properly. And now these kind of boost converter's are available in online shops so making is worst. And i didn't understand your 2nd question i think you need to make an inverter bro many pcb are available from youtube videos, also from google but the problem is the ic they are using mostly not available on electronics shope nearby depending on area.if you buy from online you need to buy bulk. But some ic are available but then you only get square waves output these waves are not suitable for every electronics items you can convert square wave to sine wave use 555ic. Most important think is transformer never use step down transformer as step up. Search youtube videos with circuit diagram. I can't bro.
