Hello dear sir please reply quickly as possible, I have made same circuit design but my circuit is not working, sg3525 outputs giving 5vots pin 11/14 but when connected to MOSFET gates with 20ohm, it's immediately shorting the MOSFET and sg3525 damaged, the transformer is 3+3 turn/ 80 turns, i have damaged more then 10 sg3525 and lot's of mosfet

After building this circuit use serial bulb to check the no load current ,while the bulb is glow full brightness then you would need to fix the issue in you circuit until the serial bulb brightness get decreases

Hello sir, i have made same circuit it's only working with 14+14 turn nd 250 turn, when i rewind ferrite core 3.0.3 turn it's not working and mosfet heating

This circuit doesn't have overload/overcurrent protection ,the potentiometer is used to adjust the output voltage by feedback connection

Just now I made exactly this with 2 mosfet irfp4110 and the pwm sg2535 with the ferrite core transformer etd49, the primary winding 96 turns of 0.40mm wire and the secondary 3x3 7 wires 0.40mm. but the output only comes out 160Volt ac with 12v input not 220v out!!! my brother!

Check the feedback connection if it is correct then adjust the frequency till get 220v output, remember one thing while adjusting the frequency check the no load current below 0.9A
