Wrong output it harm's any smartphone I have cheked Genuine Redmi, OPPO, Vivo , HTC charger's output they are 4.87 to 4.92 even 2Amp charger they don't exceed 5v . And What is output Amps of this circuit.

Better use a buck regulator like the LM2596 or simply a 7805 because it is far more powerful!
