The Sailor Family of Conger, MN has history. The best kind of history. The kind that has endless stories, talent, tradition, and machines.
Logan Sailor is doing his family’s name proud by introducing his great-uncle’s gorgeous K100 to us at the 2021 Kasson Big Iron Classic Truck Show.
Not only is it incredibly rare being a Detroit V12 but the fact that they restored this truck THEMSELVES is amazingly cool.
Young men like Logan and the whole bunch in his circle give me great home that the future of the trucking industry & culture is in VERY capable hands.
I give a ton of credit to Logan’s dad, grandpa, uncles, and the entire family tree for raising such a fine lad.

Used to drive a old IHC CAN OVER WITH A BUZZEN DOZEN FATHER IN LAW HAD A 74 K100 WITH 8V 71 AND A 78 K100 WITH A 8V92 GREAT TRUCKS MISS THE OLD MAN HE'S JAMMING GEAR ON THAT HIGHWAY IN THE SKY NOW

WOW 😳😲!!! Y'all did an outstanding job on this beauty! She's only a year older than me. Plus I'm a little biased. The k100 was the last truck I rode in with my biological father. Before I never got to see him again. He took his life in '91. So these old k100's hold near & dear special place in my heart. Thank you for showing this 1. A True work of art 🎨🎭.

A great old KW! Had to have the extended cap because the V12-71 has a two bedroom doghouse, LOL! A friend of mine spent many years on an oil rig, said he could tell how the bit was doing by the way those ol' 71's were barking.......

I'm in love, had a 74 K124 with 8V71 13 spd on kenworth 6 rod low loader spec chassis mounted winch, rear chassis skid for backing under low loader to pick up off ground but really would have loved a 12V71

Greetings from the Ohio Porters. 🇺🇸 I come from a trucking family as well. My 1st love was a 1969 K100 with the Red/Black/White color scheme. I was about 4 yrs old and was able to climb up in the cab and take a nap in the bunk. I cried when the truck caught fire and burnt to the rails.😢 This truck is simply beautiful!🥰 It’s good that he has the history of this fine truck. I’m glad that people are still taking a yard ornament like this and converting it into something wonderful! 🤩 Good material! 🥰🇺🇸✌️

Kinda odd that it's a '75 Double Bunk with the multi piece roof. I've always thought the multi piece roofs were like a 1 or 2 year deal on the 108's. Beautiful KW though! I'd love to hear that ol girl driven in anger!

Depends on injector size used on overhaul. I think stock is N65 or N70. N90s should get it over 500hp if everything else is stock.

Yes it is. A two stroke Detroit needs a blower to run, and any two stroke Detroit without a turbo is considered N/A
