Well, Let me say I did a 'rent to own' with a set price. The company sold the contract without my knowledge. The new company doubled the price. I paid the price I agreed to in the beginning and the new company didn't like that. Wanted to repo the unit,. Well the fence gate was 8 feet wide and the building was12 feet wide. They couldn't or wouldn't take the building bc they would need to tear down the gate and then repair it. They gave up. Not all rent to own are honest.

Pretty sure the shed was to hide the Harley from repo. Also this contract was not sold as he was one who delivered it too
@gigicostlow44148 ай бұрын
@@bend8353 Doesn't matter if he delivered it or not, the contract can be sold. The building or whatever would still be in the same location, just have a new owner of the business and/or finance company which the buyer would make payments to. Dude, I went to pick a friend's Great Grandma and her stuff in NE RURAL Arkansas. She was down a long gravel road off a long dirt road with insane wash outs. Every half mile was a shanty with tarps or mobile home (also with tarps, screw roofing, I guess) that would be impossibly placed on a hill side and ridiculously jacked up. Almost every one had a shiny new Charger (alot of Chargers, idk why) or other new car in front. If you can call it a 'front'. What was going on? And how did they get up those roads and stay clean? Some people prioritize a clean, red Charger. I'd at least buy some new tarps.

People in such a material world get it whenever they can without a second thought. People value materials over life. Government has spent hundreds of billions of taxpayers dollars and invested a lifetime of years shaping the citizens minds to live in fear and love things of little to no value to keep the people focused on crap, minding our own business, and busy fighting each other. But forget about all that, just don't discuss politics, trust what government tells you. Its allowed them to own the long game and acquire all the resources and build a formidable military against the citizens and give the illusion of hopeless. Now the people have surrendered and live in fear of the treasonous criminals making you think that only one person can fix everything. That's President Trump in 2024. Sick of people calling those that do what they want with their property trashy. I made six figures drilling for oil and retired at 42, I bought my property for my use, not the viewing pleasure of those around me. Just because you are weak and live to please others doesn't mean I do. The hell with everyone else, my property is mine to do with as I please. If I want trash in my yard ill put trash there. If I want a junkyard on my property I'm gonna have one.

Everyone else has the right to talk about you and stay far far away. Advice for everyone else, but you. You should always be a good neighbor. Help your neighbor if they need help. Don't be this guy. Wow I’m actually very surprised you helped the guy move all his stuff, most of these repo guys have no heart and that the entire building with belongings, like sometimes the stuff in those sheds are what pays the bills like that tool box he has, good man you are for understanding that you have a job to do but also an understanding that some people have it tougher then most

there's many times where I take the building with stuff in it.It just depends on the situation,and how much time I have. On this one in particular I didn't have it in me to risk damaging the bike,so I decided it best to get it out before I load up.

I think you meant to say some people are more irresponsible than most not “have it tougher”. He had a ton of crap around there that showed me he could have paid for his shed instead of spending money on other crap. That Harley alone probably could have paid that Shed off and then some. I don’t buy your pity story for this guy. No one held a gun to his head and told him to go in Deb buying this fun Shed he was obviously using as entertainment.
