This is such a beautiful house Jasper. I would spend all my time in the winter in front of the fireplace. I love the big rooms. I would like to see it as a 3bdrm but it is still one of my favorites you have done.

Front porch is perfect, with that big portico welcoming everyone in. Love the big fireplace to gather around, & the wall of windows in the living room, laundry close to the kitchen. Eat-in kitchen has room for a table and buffet, and that island❣️with access to the backyard. It's a gorgeous home!

Love the exterior, love the entrance, it's gorgeous, love the living room w/ the beautiful fireplace and window seat, love the laundry area w/ half bath, love the kitchen, love the bathroom and the 2 bedrooms, love that colored brick wall, it gives it that sensation look

This house has all the features that I look for. At first, I missed having a pantry, but there are cabinets in the laundry room that can have pantry shelves. A TV-centric family can either rearrange the furniture and put the TV on the wall opposite the fireplace, or have a flatscreen stashed in a cabinet that can be placed on the hearth (when fireplace is not in use!) A good plan.

It is beautiful! The one thing I would change is the laundry room off the kitchen. The laundry room should be with the bedrooms.

Just lovely! I could be so happy there. I'd shift the opening between the living room and the hallway a little, to avoid a direct view into the bathroom from the living room. Everything else is just right.

Actually, these days most of us are looking for smaller. The big homes have lost their appeal with their outrageous prices. I'm downsizing a 2nd time, and all but 1 of my friends are downsizing, too.

Home prices vary - the same floorplan will cost more or less to build depending on location and terrain.

Sorry, but not a fan of a bedroom whose windows face the street. Utter lack of privacy unless drapes are drawn which defeats the purpose of a light and airy room. Shift the windows to the side of the house. If windows must be on the street side also, make them high windows so privacy is maintained. Would also swap the dining room and kitchen, rearranging the kitchen so the window faces the street, the better to see who is coming to the home. Lastly, once again a laundry space is in the interior of the house, with no ready access to vent the dryer except under the house, potentially causing damage to the foundation due to heat/moisture. And having it face the living room? Ugh.
