Unfortunately, the wigs never ever look the way they look in the video . I know they have to be customized to my head , but they never look like the one advertised before customization.I don't know what to do, but I have been so disappointed with so many wigs . They end up in the trash. Its not your fault. I am just sharing my experience. You always look lovely .
