I love that part of Hua Hin as it's just as Nina says, quiet at night but good location for ALL holiday amenities. Nice of you to put up high and low season rates but when do these seasons start and finish.

So I just saw a short video about TM30 reporting and there was a statement that it might be done thru hotel registration rather than having to do a direct reporting. Is this something you guys take care of if someone is staying multiple nights and do I have my info correct? It is always difficult to know how accurate a lot of this is.

As a regular Thai visitor compared to what I just paid here in Australia riding with buddies on the weekend from south west Sydney & staying where CM would know (Orange NSW) and got charged 250 Aus dollars a night, staying 2 nights in a country hotel. Because I didn't know what the cost of the Dos house was going to be before I left I would not have gone if I had known on principal!!! I'm not a Tight Ass / Keneo but compared to Nina's hotel rates, (Nina's rates are an absolute bargain) I feel as so I got it you know where with no grease!!!

yes, I here accommodation is frightfully expensive out of Thailand, sometimes we get people complaining my hotel is too expensive....we are shocked at some people, my hotel is in a great location with cheap clean rooms and with everything u need for a relaxing stay...we just laugh at some people and there expectations...everyone is welcome 🙏
