My favorite mechanic is whenever you need to flee a scene quickly (whether trying to track an animal or evade the law) your horse will always run head-first into a tree. Every time.

tip for that is let go of the left stick and just let the horse move away from them, the horse only runs into tree if u are using the left stick.

A really obscure mechanic is if you tackle someone with the lasso and click X or A arthur actually dismisses it and you can switch to a knife and throw them and theyll roll

All of them and some even more efficient. For e,g to gain weight you don't need to sleep, out in the wild after consuming food simply set up camp and and dismantle the camp. At Horseshoe overlook after consuming food simply go to the crafting /cooking fire place, start cooking/crafting animation and exit.

you can hand any (well most) criminals in, i had one where the guy just bought a new gun and was showing off to his friend and accidentally shot him and then runs away, so i tied him up and go $5 for bring him in.

Was riding passed the railroad guys that Arthur can help and had already followed the foreman to the tree and dismissed him. Was on my way back through and two Murfrees were looting a camp so I killed them. There’s always two more that show up but I had already rode away to the tracks, anyway one of the Murfree boys followed me to the tracks and while I was talking to Percy I was getting shot so I killed the Murfree. Immediately everyone on the RR tracks got all pissed and started shooting at me and it locked me out of helping. Percy only says “haven’t you caused enough trouble” when I ride through there…😂

It's only possible in the patch 1.0 of the game otherwise you can only pull it in some specific cases, like when the npc is drunk or you are near a cliff

I lost faith in the video after the third tip for "veterans" is literally about noticing a button prompt that is on on the screen every single time you clean a gun. When you title a video like this you should actually show stuff the game doesn't outright tell you to do. I'd be more impressed by a video showing how to trick holster your sidearms or different basic brawling mechanics like grappling or takedowns or literally any other stuff like that that the game actually doesn't tell you how to do.
