I'll never forget the Percy Jackson series, really easy to read and interesting. If you like the Percy Jackson books i recommended reading the maze runner series, my favorite series so far.

I am 13, I speak portuguese as native language, but I don't like reading in portuguese. I've never liked reading, but all of sudden I came with the desire of reading in english. I don't know what kinds of books I like and if I'll understand them, because I don't have a huge english vocabulary like I do in portuguese.

Hi Rylee! I'm a middle school teacher and would LOVE to use this in my classroom - but its too long for the kids to sit through. I read: Wonder, Out of my mind, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games. I am planning on reading: The mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare Divergent I recommend you to read: The Book of David (anonymous writer) Fish in a tree by Lynda Mullaly Hunt(it is a lower level read, that I read in 2nd grade, but it was the first book that I remember feeling emotionally connected to the character, as well as having visual images of what I read that I can remember as a movie in my head..) ( I watched 13 reasons why, and I have the book, but I'm kinda scared to read because I have a love/hate relationship with the show...)
