You need to try the Monty Python 'Spam, Egg, Sausage and Spam' sandwich. Ridiculously good, but with a terrifying calorie count. I made one once, ate it, enjoyed it, and then sat down and had a real hard think about what I had just done. Try it - once will do fine. 😆😆😆

The only one of those sandwiches Ive ever even heard of is a meatloaf sandwich. That being said I just tried an egg and sardine sandwich. Its just meh, and I love sardines and eggs. Just not together. 🤷‍♂
