I ACTUALLY had a broken arm and to anyone who has a cast: NEVER USE ANYTHING LIKE A RULER TO SCRATCH UNDER YOUR CAST!!!!! If it breaks and gets stuck after about 24 hours it starts growing into your skin and you might even have to then get surgery!
