Wise me.. fluoride DOES stop the BEGINNING of cavities. It also disrupts dental plac which brushing alone can't do. You don't need it every day in your toothpaste, only about twice a week. As long as you use minimal amount on toothbrush, twice a day is healthy. That's why UK puts it in the water in minimal amounts. Ok?
